WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Once you place an order, you'll be directed to the payment page. Once you've paid online with your debit or credit card, that secures your order and you'll receive confirmation in the form of an invoice.
HOW LONG WILL I BE WAITING FOR MY GOODS?
Once you have placed an order and payment is confirmed, you will be added to the jobs list and will be notified when your job is complete. If it's a portrait design, there may be communication before this is started to confirm details.
Your order can take anything from 7-28 days to be completed. During busy periods, it is essential that you leave sufficient time for your order to be produced.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
On generic, non-custom pieces, we will offer a refund or replacement should you not be entirely satisfied.
Please refer to our terms and conditions for more details. On customised pieces, we have a strict no returns policy. As pieces are bespoke and made to order, it would be impossible to sell them on.
Sadly, once a job is started, we cannot offer refunds as you are paying for our time and expertise.
However, if a customer has a problem or query, of course, we will do all we can to ensure this is dealt with promptly and professionally so that everyone is happy.
DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?
We don't sell gift cards at this time, but it's something we can look onto should there be sufficient demand.
