Doodle Doo Designs was created with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding, and enjoyable shopping experience. 

Some items are bespoke and are made to order. If you decide to cancel your order but the job has been started, there will be no refund given.  If you encounter a problem with your order, we will do all we can to ensure that you are 100% satisfied.

By purchasing with Doodle Doo Designs you’re agreeing to these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may neither use nor access this website. These terms and conditions abide by The Consumer Contract Regulations. 

Doodle Doo Designs own the copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in all material and content on this website, which you may use, download, copy, publish, transmit or otherwise make available by any other means only for your own personal, non–commercial use. Any other use or reproduction of the material or content is strictly prohibited. You may not create any link to this website without prior written consent, nor may you restrict or inhibit the use or enjoyment of it by anyone else.

While we will use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any information we place on the Doodle Doo Designs website, we make no guarantees, whether express or implied, in relation to its accuracy.

Wherever the term “Working Days or Hours” is featured, this excludes bank holidays, weekends and public holidays such as Christmas. Any holiday times will be clearly displayed on the homepage. When you place an order with Doodle Doo Designs you will be sent an order confirmation detailing your order, thus is giving you ample opportunity to correct any possible errors. Should you have any complaints, please send them to the contact information detailed at the bottom of this document. These terms and conditions apply to all transactions on this site. They do not affect your statutory rights.

Prices

Prices are subject to change but are correct at the time of posting. Any glitches, errors or typos are not required to be honoured. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regard to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail. This will be to inform you of the correct price of the goods and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price or to cancel the order altogether. Any special offers will have a clearly displayed end date.

Products

All artwork is proofed before printing for spelling and grammar accuracy. The artwork proof (where applicable) must be checked for accuracy by the customer prior to final printing. Any errors noticed after printing and the arrival of goods will not be refunded/exchanged.
Doodle Doo Designs accepts artwork/logos in jpeg, ai, eps or pdf format.
Doodle Doo Designs does not accept artwork/logos in Word, Excel or PowerPoint format.

If a logo is received that is unusable, Doodle Doo Designs will advise on the cost to rectify this in order to achieve the best possible outcome for the end product.

Colours vary from screen to screen, the final print may differ. Please supply artwork in CMYK format where possible.

Payment

Doodle Doo Designs offers direct bank transfer & RMS card payment as payment methods.

Any contract for purchases made through the website will be with Doodle Doo Designs.  Doodle Doo Designs must receive full payment for the goods ordered before an order can be accepted, and the contract formed.

Once payment has been received, Doodle Doo Designs will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide. The shipment email will include your name, the order number and the total price. Doodle Doo Designs' acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us on these terms. Any term sought to be imposed by you in your order will not form part of the contract.

Estimated dispatch times are as follows:

Portraits: 7 - 21 days

Stickers 5-7 days

Personalised Prints: 7-10 days
Logo design: 10-14 days
Other personalised artwork: 10-14 days

Shipping

Doodle Doo Designs posts UK orders via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class.

It is Royal Mail’s policy to return your item to the sorting office or leave it with a neighbour if you are not home to accept your delivery and/or it will not fit through your letter box. A red card will be left in these cases.

Should your order not arrive, please contact Doodle Doo Designs. A full refund or replacement will be offered once 15 days has passed.

Returns & Cancellations

We ensure all items that are posted to our customers are of the highest standard but if there is ever a need to return an item we do accept returns for a full refund.  Under The Consumer Contract Regulations, your right to cancel begins from the moment you place your order, up to 14 working days after receiving your order. Your right to cancel is unconditional.

You can return an item for any reason such as faulty, not as described, not fit for purpose, you’ve changed your mind and more.

If you wish to return an item, please notify us in writing using the following model cancellation form (email is acceptable. We will then process your return.

We would be grateful if you would return your items via recorded or tracked post, this is for your peace of mind, and ours. This is not a requirement of law, this is a courtesy request.

Items marked as being returned for having a defect, damage or any other reason will be exempt from the returns policy.

Return postage will be paid by the customer if the order is no longer wanted. If the reason for the return is our responsibility return postage will be paid by Doodle Doo Designs

Returning Custom Items

Custom-made items are exempt from The Consumer Contract Regulations – the only exception being if they are faulty, not as described, not fit for purpose or any other fault of Doodle Doo Designs.  In this case, please refer to the returns section of this document.

Once you have placed an order for a custom item, this may only be cancelled for a full refund if Doodle Doo Designs have not yet begun the design/production process.  If design or production work has commenced, the customer loses the right to a refund.  

Should you change your mind about a product or service, ensure that you inform Doodle Doo Designs as soon as possible in order to expedite a satisfactory outcome.

What information do we collect?

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.

 

How do we collect information?

When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  

 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

 

How do we communicate with site visitors?

We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.

 

How do we use cookies and other tracking tools?

This website is hosted by Wix and it uses essential cookies, in order to optimise user performance and provide website tracking information. You may withdraw your consent for collection of personal information at any time.
